Bimmi means flavourful in Japanese and makes you smile when spoken. We are inspired by Japanese culture in the way that they are close to nature, value quality and innovation.
Wherever possible we try to use organic products. We also try to make use of 'rescued' fruits and vegetables from farmers which don't conform to industry standards.
All the Swedish, Norwegian and Swiss kids who have tried Bimmi so far like the product.
Bimmi is best served 15-20 minutes after taking it out of the freezer. After opening, it should be consumed within 1 hour.
Bimmi is produced in Switzerland by a team of Michelin experienced chefs and a food scientist.
Bimmi's packaging consists of biodegradable paper cups. Each cup has a small wooden spoon under the white paper lid so that you can easily enjoy the product. Our Bimmi flavours are delivered in cardboard boxes.
